By both nature and nurture, I am created to use my whole body and voice to invite other humans to be present and awake in their bodies, primed and ready to marvel at the wonder of being alive and privileged to witness the unrepeatable radiant wonder of both their own selves and all the other selves they are lucky enough to behold.

Professionally, I’ve long been a Performing and Teaching Artist, including MC-ing, speaking, teaching and facilitating, in addition to dancing and singing. I thrive with multi-media expression, and find I support my audiences and students most when I’m blending my words and my whole body expression. The teacher in me is always alive and communicating, even when I don’t use words.

My one-woman show, I’ve been told, has elements of a Ted talk. And my actual TEDxFolsom talk has elements of an MC at a burlesque show. Whatever the particular topic at hand is, I bring a humanness, relatableness and resonance that invites those present to feel more like themselves and be ready to receive whatever presentations or messages the day – or evening – ahead holds for them.

I thrive in interview settings, and for that reason adore guesting on podcasts and participating in panels and summits. I look forward to our collaboration!
